Set during the years leading up to World War II, this is the story of a man's quest never to give up in the face of fear, greed, and the abuse of power. While reporting from Berlin years earlier, American journalist William Murray fell in love with Sarah Weissman, a Jewish ballerina. He now returns to Berlin to bring her to America as his fiancée.
Waiting for her visa to be processed, he uncovers a shocking collaboration between the Nazis and American corporations that will enable Hitler to prepare for war and commit atrocities on a mass scale. William's plans unravel when he refuses to give up his source and Sarah is taken by the Gestapo. He will do whatever it takes to get her back.
